Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Echowriting, including our website, applications and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You sign in with Google, and an account is created for you automatically on first sign-in. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, and you may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the drafts the Service produces for you. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before you publish it anywhere.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that content will pass any particular detector or achieve any particular result. You use the Service at your own discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
